After Hours Service
After-Hours Pick-up
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. An additional charge of 50.00 EUR applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.
After-Hours Return
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the airport property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located On the counter. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day. Local taxes and surcharges may apply.
Age Requirements
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum age for all car groups is 18.
Maximum age for all car groups is 70.
A fee of 40.00 EUR inclusive of VAT per rental applies to drivers aged 18-20 for all car groups.
Cross Border Policy
Intra-EU: A Cross Border Fee within the EU countries (including Switzerland, Norway and Monaco) is applicable at an amount of 60 EUR (VAT included) .Non-EU: A Cross Border Fee of 60 EUR (VAT included) applies per rental. Vehicles can be driven in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, United Kingdom, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican and Turkey. Vehicles cannot be driven in Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan or Kosovo.In case of travelling through EU and non-EU countries (except Switzerland and United Kingdom) both charges of Cross Border Fee are applicable. The green card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance (T.P.I.) as long as it remains in the borders of the country for which it is issued. Ferry crossings with the vehicle are permitted.In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Unauthorized cross-border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge.
Damage Waiver
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional service and reduces the renter's liability in the event of damage to the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified.If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If CDW is not included in the rental or CDW is declined, the renter will be liable for the total cost of damages to the vehicle or the full value of the vehicle in case of damage.If purchased or included in the rental, the excess is:900.00 EUR for Mini and Economy1100.00 EUR for Compact1350.00 EUR for Intermediate1600.00 EUR for Intermediate SUV, Standard SUV, Standard Sedan and Standard Station-Wagon2000.00 EUR for Van; Standard and Full-Size Vans2500.00EUR for Standard Elite3000.00 EUR for Luxury Sedan and Luxury Van.Before purchasing CDW, it is advisable to determine if the renter's personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: mirrors, tyre punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windscreen, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damages resulting from theft, damage from weather, damage from riots or civil unrest or damage from dangerous substances.Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorised drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

One Way Drop Policy
One way rentals are available intra Serbia and also from Serbian rental offices to select International locations. Please contact our reservations department at +381 112061569 for additional information relative to available one-way routes and respective drop fee pricing. One way rentals intra Serbia are free of charge.
Exclusive Policy
COST OF RENTAL INCLUDES UNLIMITED KM, SLP - THIRD PARTY INSURANCE, WINTER FEE AND VAT.
Excess Reduction
Excess Reduction (ER) is an optional service which reduces the applicable excess in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified. If ER is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter.
If purchased or included in the rental, the excess is reduced to:
300 EUR for the vehicle categories Mini and Economy;
400 EUR for the vehicle categories Compact
500 - 600 EUR for Intermediate and Standard vehicles;
600 EUR for all Passengers vans and all commercial vans;
800 - 1200 EUR for all Premium and Luxury vehicles.
The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged,
The purchase of ER does not lower the renter's liability for damage to the tires and windscreen. Additional coverage can be purchased to reduce the excess to zero for damage to the tires and windscreens. If not included in the reservation, the purchase of CDW is required to be able to purchase ER.
Before purchasing ER, it is advisable to determine if the renter's personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If ER is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and to seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. ER is not insurance.
Refueling Service
Fuel Policy: Like for Like.
Customers should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as provided at the time of pick-up. If the Customer returns the vehicle with less quantity of fuel, an additional fee will be charged for the amount of missing fuel according to the official refueling rate.
In case that vehicle is returned with more fuel than given at the time of pick-up, no refund will be made.
Insurance Policy
SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION, SLP - THIRD PARTY INSURANCE IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT AND FREE OF CHARGE. IT PROTECTS THE RENTER, OR DRIVER, AND OTHER AUTHORIZED DRIVERS AGAINST LIABILITY IN THE CASE OF THIRD PARTY BODILY INJURY OR DEATH AND THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE. RENTER, OR DRIVER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF FAULT. SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE OPTIONS.
Miscellaneous Policy
During the winter season of 1 November to 1 April and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Serbia all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers, subject to the permitted number of occupants in the vehicle, in the event of death or permanent diablement per accident. Coverage amounts vary from country to country and also may vary depending on whether an adult or child is involved. Similarly partial disability may lead to a lower payment or to no payment at all if disability percentage is below a certain threshold.
Personal Accident Insurance Exclusions/Voids
Personal Accident Insurance will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental.The deposit amount for each category are:900.00 EUR for Mini and Economy1100.00 EUR for Compact1350.00 EUR for Intermediate1600.00 EUR for Intermediate SUV, Standard SUV, Standard Sedan and Standard Station-Wagon2000.00 EUR for Van; Standard and Full-Size Vans2500.00 EUR for Standard Elite3000.00 EUR for Luxury Sedan and Luxury Van.Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Please enquire at the local branch for details.
Roadside Protection
Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) is an optional product to waive the renter's responsibility in case of a breakdown, and includes the following: Priority Towing Services and recovery and call-out charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers as a result of a fault occurring to the vehicle due to the renter's error, Replacement Vehicle Delivery charges (in case the vehicle cannot be driven), replacement key delivery costs, charges in the event of empty battery, towing charges for misfueling (repair charges for misfueling will still be applicable to the renter and are not covered by RAP), loss of vehicle documents and/or license plates.RAP is not an insurance product; some damages will be excluded and the renter's conduct during the hire period may affect the protection available under RAP (see the Exclusions section).Before purchasing RAP, you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate. If you decline RAP, you will be required to pay any applicable charges and, if possible, seek compensation from your carrier.
Roadside Protection Exclusions/Voids
RAP does not reduce your liability for:a) theft or loss of the Vehicle (or any accessories provided as part of the Hire, such as an electric vehicle's charging cable) if not supported by a police crime reference.b) damage to the Vehicle caused by any breach of of the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to:i. failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started and failure to lock the vehicle,ii. unauthorised work, modification or repairs on the vehicle,iii. failure to stop using the vehicle or take appropriate action once a, warning light, fault or malfunction becomes known,iv. use by an unauthorised or unlicensed driver,v. Sub-hire of the vehicle or use for hire and reward,vi. damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel,vii. use of vehicle for any reckless, illegal purpose, or deliberately causing injury or damage to property,viii. racing, pacemaking, or teaching someone to drive,ix. use whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs,x. use of the vehicle outside of the United Kingdom without our written permission,xi. overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts or to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle,xii. propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment,xiii. use on any unpaved surface, racetracks, beaches, and test courses, or otherwise off-road,xiv. to drive through water or over any objects that you knew or ought to have known rise above the Vehicle's ground clearancexv. to drive through height-restricted entrances, bridges or passages if the height restriction is lower than the Vehicle's overhead clearancexvi. transporting dangerous or noxious substances,xvii. use of vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation,c) non-payment of the Hire Costs or Additional Costs, ord) when running out of fuel more than once during the Hire Period, ore) any other exclusions to CDW,TP, ER or ZE specifically listed in the Local Addenda
Renter Requirements
VALID INTERNATIONAL OR EUROPEAN UNION DRIVING LICENSE FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS, IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT.
Arrival Directions
After passing through passport control, you will exit into the arrivals hall.
Proceed upstairs to the ground level and then continue through the airport building all the way to Terminal 1 Check-in area.
There, exit the building and turn left, then follow the sidewalk until you reach the pedestrian crossing in front of the public garage.
Cross the street, and you will arrive at the white car rental kiosks located to the right of the garage building.
Our counter is located at the far end in the right-hand corner.
Supplemental Liability Protection
Supplementary Liability Protection - Third Party Insurance is required by law and free of charge. It covers the renter and other authorized drivers against liability in the case of third party bodily injury or death and third party property damage.

Tire and Windshield Protection
Tire and windshield protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renter's financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires and/or windshield and is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws.
It is available for an additional fee and reduces the excess for damage to the tires and the windshield of the vehicle to ZERO.
If not included in your reservation, a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is required to be able to purchase tire and windshield protection.
Zero Excess
Zero Excess (ZE) is an optional service and the purchase of ZE requires the purchase of a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) if not included in the reservation. Collision Damage Waiver(CDW) inclusions and exclusions are applicable. This cover reduces your excess to the following amounts:
Car categories: Mini, Economy, Compact: Zero
Car categories: Standard, Intermediate: Zero
Car categories: Full-Size, Van: Zero
Car categories: Premium, Luxury: Zero
Note! An excess will still be applicable for tyre- and windshield-related incidents. You can buy additional coverage for tyres and windshield, which also lowers your excess on those items to zero.
