Additional Driver
There will be an additional charge of 50 DKK per day including VAT for each additional authorized driver. All rental conditions apply to each additional driver. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter with a valid drivers licence.
After Hours Service
After-Hours Pick-up
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. An additional charge of 375 DKK applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.
After-Hours Return
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the airport property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located under the Sharebox by the door in the office. An additional charge of 0.00 DKK applies for returns outside the opening hours. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 28. There is no maximum rental age. Renters between the age of 19 and 24 may rent all categories except Premium and Luxury vehicles, but may rent Premium Vans and Buses. A young driver fee of 125.00 DKK per day applies to all renters between the age of 19 and 24. Young drivers must have held their driving license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters between the age of 25 and 27 may rent all categories except Luxury. No additional fee apply to these young drivers.
Cross Border Policy
Vehicles can be driven into all countries except Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia. Ferry crossings with the vehicle are permitted. A cross-border fee of 50 DKK per day applies. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Unauthorized cross-border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge of 20.000 DKK.
Damage Waiver
Our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) limits the customer’s liability in the event of damage to or theft of the rental vehicle and also includes roadside assistance if a mechanical breakdown occurs.Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) includes a liability of 15,000 DKK in the event of:- Damage to the vehicle’s bodywork- Theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle.- Damage to others or their property (3rd Party Liability)CDW also includes roadside assistance in the event of a mechanical failure in the rental car that is not caused by the renter, and includes, among other things, towing and a replacement vehicle. If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: Wheel rims, wheel covers, windshield, tires, interior damage, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damages caused by sand, gravel, or other kinds of earth material, damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances, damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel or any failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: failure to secure the vehicle keys, failure to lock the vehicle, unauthorized repairs on the vehicle, use by an unauthorized driver, use by an unlicensed driver, use for hire and reward, use of vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury or damage to property, racing, pacemaking, teaching someone to drive, use whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the vehicle outside of the country without our permission, overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, towing, use off road, transporting dangerous or noxious substances, willful or wanton negligence.

One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.
Exclusive Policy
The cost of the rental includes Time and Distance and Unlimited Kilometers. All domestic residents have limited mileage (100km/day) when renting a car in Denmark. We reserve the right to requalify the product to limited mileage for any domestic resident.
Excess Reduction
For customers who want to enhance the Collision Damage Waiver with protection for tire and glass damage and a lower deductible, we recommend our Excess Reduction Coverage:Excess Reduction (ER) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. The purchase of ER reduces the customer’s liability to 5,000 DKK in cases of:- Damage to the vehicle’s bodywork- Theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle- Damage to others or their property (3rd Party Liability)In addition, the purchase or inclusion of ER reduces the customer’s liability to 0 DKK in the event of:- Damage to the tyres, rims or windscreen of the rental vehicle

Refueling Service
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. If the customer prefers not to refuel the car, this service is available for purchase at the counter at the time of the rental. If a vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel and no prepaid fuel has been purchased at the time of the rental, the renter will be charged 30 DKK including VAT per liter of fuel when refueling.
Mileage Policy

Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash, debit cards and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 5000 DKK for all categories except luxury vehicles. For luxury vehicles two credit cards are required in the renter’s name and a total deposit of 10,000 DKK will be taken (5000 DKK deposit + cost of the rental and any additional charges on one card and 5000 DKK deposit on the second card).
Renter Requirements
All renters and additional drivers must be 19 or older, have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their name. All drivers between the ages of 19 - 24 will have a young driver fee attached. International renters must also provide a valid passport. The primary renter must provide a major credit card in their own name at the time of the rental. In addition to the normal driving license, an international driving license is also mandatory if the driving license is not written in Danish or English and - or are in characters that cannot be read or understood in Denmark, or if the driving license is not valid in the European Union. Please note that the international driving license is valid only if accompanied by the normal driving license. For luxury and special models we require two credit cards - including at least one major credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express - and an authorization will be requested on each credit card.
RESIDENCY - Reservations made on non-Danish websites with a Danish IP-number, are not valid for Danish residents registered with the Danish Registry of Citizenship - Folkeregister. Due to tax regulations, Danish residents can only book a rental with pickup in Denmark at www.enterprise.dk, or by choosing Denmark as country of residence on any other booking sources. A Danish resident is someone that has a permanent address in Denmark, are liable to pay tax in Denmark, or spend more than 180 days in Denmark in the last 12 months, independent of nationality or citizenship.

Roadside Assistance PLUS
For customers who want extra reassurance with the rental vehicle, we suggest selecting our Roadside Assistance Plus protection.Roadside Assistance Plus (RSP) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. RSP allows the customer to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as a flat battery, tyre punctures or lockouts.In cases of hire vehicle mechanical failure through no fault of the renter, roadside assistance will be provided at no cost to all renters. This service will include a tow and a replacement vehicle.
Arrival Directions
No shuttle is required. Upon entering the Arrivals Hall turn right and you will see the rental counter after 30 meters.
Supplemental Liability Protection
Third Party Liability insurance is mandatory by law and included with all rental rates. Liability insurance covers per accident, personal injury or death up to 121,000,000.00 DKK and property damage up to 24,000,000.00 DKK - 2018. Third Party insurance cover amounts are adjusted each year from the 1st of January. The liability insurance does not cover injury to the driver of the rental vehicle but third parties, passengers, are covered. It also does not cover the renter’s property or cover damages to a connected vehicle on the rental like a caravan or trailer.
Toll Pass Waiver
A toll pass device is available for purchase at the counter for return travel on Øresundsdbroen (between Denmark and Sweden) and for Storebældsbroen (Between Sjælland and Fyn in Denmark). Further details relative to fees will be available at the rental counter. All Cross Border policies will apply.
Important Branch Information
Your safety is our priority. Add winter tires to your reservation for 10 EUR/day (max 100 EUR per 30 days) under equipment options on the previous screen.Booking in advance guarantees winter tires at pick-up; otherwise, availability cannot be assured.Danish law requires appropriate tires in wintry conditions (snow, ice, slush, frost). Fines for non-compliance are the renter’s responsibility.To add winter tires to an existing booking, email info@enterprise.dk. We recommend reserving winter tires between Nov 1 – Mar 31 for a safe, worry-free journey.
Zero Excess
For those who want full cover and peace of mind, we recommend our Zero Excess coverage:Zero Excess (ZE) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. The purchase of ZE reduces the customers liability to 0 DKK in cases of:- Damage to the vehicle’s bodywork- Damage to the tyres, rims or windscreen of the rental vehicle- Theft or attempted theft of the rented vehicle- Damage to others or their property (3rd Party Liability)In addition, the ZE coverage includes:- Roadside Assistance Plus (RSP)- Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)Roadside Assistance Plus means that you do not have to pay fees in the event of a flat battery, puncture or if you lock yourself out of the car.Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers in the event of an accident with up to 120,000 DKK in the event of death and up to 1,000,000 DKK in the event of disability – ask our colleagues at pick-up if you would like more details.
