Additional Driver
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.
Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.
An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers.
The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.
Age Requirements
Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 23 and no maximum rental age.
Drivers between the ages of 23 and 24 will incur an additional daily fee.
Cross Border Policy
Driving restricted within the country of Curacao only.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection not available. Customer can pre-arrange pick-up and drop off of vehicle in advance and is only available for rentals of 3 days or longer at free of charge.
Pick-up - drop off to hotel, must document in the remarks field of the reservation, the pick-up/drop off site including hotel name. Customer may also contact the main office directly at 5999-869-4433 upon arrival

One Way Drop Policy
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way reservations are allowed at all locations without additional fees.
Enterprise Protection Package
Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is a package product which includes Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP) and Deductible Protection (DP) at a discounted price. Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is not insurance. If you purchase EPP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement. EPP Does not cover damage to tires.
No deductible applies.
Refueling Service
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 60% surcharge will apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked in advance of their scheduled pick up date (either online or by phone). Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.
Miscellaneous Policy
Driving restricted within the country of Curacao only.
Forms of Payment
Customer must present a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.
Credit Cards honored: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover.
An authorization on the credit card in the amount of $500.00 USD will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges. If the Theft Protection and Damage Waiver are not purchased, an additional authorization fee of $1,000 USD will be taken on the renters credit card.
Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Discover logo. Debit/Check cards are not accepted at this location.
Cash is not accepted at this location.
Renter Requirements
Must meet the location's minimum age requirements.
Present a valid driver's license from the customer's country of origin.
Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental.
International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not English or Latin, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an international permit is required or a Notarized English translations is accepted.
Roadside Assistance PLUS
Roadside Plus (RSP) If selected and paid for at the time of rental, the owner will provide 24/7 roadside assistance without additional charges.
RSP includes towing (not related to an accident), flat tire service (if no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed). Jump starts and fuel delivery service for up to 5 liters (or equivalent gallons) of fuel is also provided. Tire damage beyond repair as a result of driver neglect is the responsibility of the renter.
Arrival Directions
Follow signs to the baggage claim area and through customs
Walk to passenger exit and turn right. You will see signs directing you to the car rental companies which are located in another building
After 100 meters you will see the Enterprise counter on your right hand side.
Please proceed to the Enterprise counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability (TPL) is not insurance and is included in the Time and Mileage Rate. TPL covers damages and injuries to third parties under the local rental car company's insurance, and provides you with liability coverage for all accident-related expenses not pertaining to passengers of a third party vehicle and for damages to third party vehicles, up to the policy limits, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate TPL.
No deductible applies.
