Additional Driver
The maximum number of additional drivers permitted per rental is two. Additional driver fee is 3.60 EUR per day with a maximum charge of 36.00 EUR per rental. Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT.
After Hours Service
After hours is a service provided, to pick up and/ or return a vehicle outside branch opening hours. An additional charge of 20 EUR including VAT applies and should be paid at the rental counter on the time of pick-up. This service charge applies for hours 20:00-08:00.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to drive all vehicles is 21. There is no maximum rental age. No additional fees apply to young drivers.

Cross Border Travel
Out of country rentals: You may drive the rental car to certain countries outside of Bulgaria. Restrictions do apply. Out of country rentals require prior approval and are charged at an extra 5.00 EUR per day and 50.00 EUR fee for green card.
Out of country rentals are allowed only into following Countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia, Greece, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Czech Republic, North Macedonia, Hungary, Spain and Switzerland.
Out of country rentals are not allowed to countries that are not listed above.
Process and publication of green card: The minimum time of publication of a green card is 5 working days. The green card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance (T.P.I.) as long as it remains in the borders of the country for which it is issued. Roadside assistance - car replacement is available while driving to the above listed countries except Albania, Bosnia, Moldova and Montenegro.
Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver is an optional coverage product which reduces the customer’s financial responsibility in cases of damage to the rental vehicle to the excess and or deductible amount. The customer is liable for the full cost of the vehicle if this coverage product is not purchased or if no police statement was presented in the event of an accident to the rental company. All costs are exclusive of VAT.
Car Groups Mini and Economy 11.00 EUR PER DAY - excess is 400.00 EUR.
Car Groups Compact, Intermediate and Standard 11.00 EUR per day - excess is 600.00 EUR.
Car Groups Full-size 27.00 EUR per day - excess is 900.00 EUR.
Car Groups Intermediate SUV and Standard SUV 20.00 EUR per day - excess is 900.00 EUR.
One Way Drop Policy
Domestic one way rentals are allowed for all car groups and cost as follows. Sofia airport to Bourgas airport and vice versa is 150 EUR plus VAT.
Sofia airport to Varna and vice versa is 180 EUR plus VAT. Bourgas to Varna and vice versa is 70 EUR plus VAT. One-ways have to be pre-booked and the minimum length of rental must be at least 5 days for domestic one ways. All domestic one ways are on request. International one way rentals are not permitted.
Exclusive Policy
Retail and, or tour- total rental charges include unlimited mileage, supplementary liability protection -SLP, third party liability, and VAT. Corporate- total rental charges include unlimited mileage and supplementary liability protection -SLP, third party liability. Additional protection products may be purchased. All extra special equipment and protection products not included in the package are subject to VAT.
Refueling Service
Refueling policy- customers must return the car with a full tank or the same amount of fuel in the rental vehicle at time of pickup or refueling charges will apply. Unleaded-diesel - 1.50 EUR per litre. All costs are exclusive of VAT.
Insurance Policy
Supplementary liability protection -SLP- third party liability is included in all rates and required by law. The rental vehicle is covered for third party liability- property damages up to EUR 500,000 bodily injury or death up to EUR 500,000 for 1 person and up to EUR 2,500,000 for 2 or more persons in accordance to Bulgarian law. A copy of the third party liability policy is available in the rental vehicle for inspection.
Loyalty Availability
Korisnici Enterprise plus programa mogu zaraditi bodove na ovoj lokaciji. Iskoriśtavanje bodova nije dostupno na ovoj lokaciji. Korisnci Emerald kluba mogu zaraditi bodove na ovoj lokaciji. Otkup besplatnih dana nije dostupan na ovoj lokaciji. Napomena, članovi Emerald kluba mogu prikupiti bodove za National i Enterprise brend na ovoj lokaciji. Rezervaciju je potrebno rezervirati unaprijed, i mora biti priloźen članski broj, kako bi se zaradili kreditne poene.
Miscellaneous Policy
During the winter season, all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance with local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal accident insurance -PAI- is an optional coverage product which provides limited cover for death, disability and medical expenses in the event of an accident. The cost of PAI is 4 EUR per day exclusive of VAT for all car groups.
Forms of Payment
Visa, American Express, Eurocard and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The deposit for any car category is 450.00. Debit cards, cash cards and cash are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. Please enquire at the local branch for details.
Roadside Protection
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IN CASES OF MECHANICAL FAILURE OR ACCIDENT IS AVAILABLE. IN ANY CASE OF ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN THE CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTACT THE BRANCH IN WHICH THE RENTAL VEHICLE WAS PICKED-UP AS WELL AS THE ROAD ASSISTANCE PROVIDER. IN CASES WHERE THE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN ABROAD AND INCURS A MECHANICAL FAILURE OR OTHER ISSUE, INCLUDING ACCIDENT, THE EXPENSES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION AND RECOVERY OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE WILL BE THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. IN THE CASE OF ANY ACCIDENT THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO SEND A COPY OF ALL POLICE DOCUMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS TO THE RENTAL LOCATION. THE ORIGINAL COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT IS REQUIRED. IN CASES OF A DAMAGED VEHICLE BEING RETURNED WITHOUT THE SUBMISSION OF THE POLICE REPORT ALL EXPENSES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE RENTER.
Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a full valid driving license and a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must also have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters holding a driving license from an EU member state or a country-state, which is part of the Vienna convention accordance to the law of treaties, do not require an International Driving Permit. For all other countries a valid International Driving Permit is required along with the national/ domestic driving license. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed, which may include an identity check with an external organization. Upon the United Kingdom leaving the European Union (EU) the requirements for UK Driving license holders driving in EU member states may change. Please check requirements before travelling. Super Collision Damage Waiver
Full Damage Waiver is an optional coverage product which covers the customer’s financial responsibility in cases of damage to the rental vehicle and reduces the deductible and or excess amount to zero. This coverage product cannot be purchased unless standard Collision Damage Waiver - CDW is purchased. All costs are exclusive of VAT.

Car Groups Full-size 13.00 EUR per day - excess is zero.
Car Groups Intermediate SUV and Standard SUV 7.00 EUR per day - excess is zero.
Arrival Directions
Going out to the arrival hall - please follow the signs leading to the arrival hall. After entering the arrivals hall on the way to the exit turn left and on the righthand side you will see the office after 15 meters. A banner by the exit will point in the exact direction of the office.
